Faith Evans returns with her massive hit new album- 'The First Lady'

Faith Evans returns on form with her latest album release 'Faith'. The multi- Grammy award winning artist went straight to number 2 on the US billboard chart with 'The First Lady', selling over 157,000.

The album hosts all the usual ingredients expected from an R&B songstress. The usual amalgam of soulful melodies and soft beats are accompanied by funk and step rhythms.

Pusha T (Clipse), Twista and Mario Winans make an appearance, lending added soul and Hip-Hop variations on tracks 'Hope' and 'Ever Wonder', respectively. (The track 'Hope' is by Twista and featured in the film Coach Carter). It's no surprise that Pharrell Williams features on track one 'Going Out' providing his successful tried and tested melodies to Faith's ever-smooth vocal.

A classic album that holds all the keys to the door of easy listening but underlines Faith's mainstay as one of R&B's leading artists.
